“Forget the royal wedding. Tate Modern makes me proud to be British”, – anonymous comments in the gallery

Ok, I wanted to write about nurseries. Then there arrived this worrying paper in the mail about television license and – arising from it – the absurd for me «love for television in Britain – issue».
But I can’t write about this today.
Because I went to Tate Modern.
It’s great. It’s free. Everyone probably knows it. But it IS great, and surprisingly, it is also an extemely nice place in London to go with a toddler.
I won’t pretend to be an expert on art, but I did love some of the works there. But it’s not just that. It is not a museum, it’s full of life. Children running around and sitting everywhere in the huge hall.
Suddenly a small room where a movie is shown.
Espresso bar (my favorite spot!) where you can create a cartoon that immediately goes online as your own art. Perhaps one of the best views in London, too.
My advice — go, bring the kids (if any), and if someone from GB is reading my blog — thank you for Tate Modern.
